The NE winds have brought higher seas and the sea weed came with it weeds are back its really thick on the beaches I would suggest heavy buck tail jigs to fish these types of conditions 1-3 oz depending on your rod and reel set up. The heavy metal jigs or spoons will get out there but anything designed to run on the surface is going to snag weeds. I have only noticed bait no predators feeding, going to run to Jupiter tomorrow to see if conditions are the same. Today fishing was cut short only made a few casts I found a baby Greenback turtle stuck in the weeds on the beach and took him to the Loggerhead Rescue Clinic. He was disorientated and had burned most of his energy trying to get out.
Conditions: NE wind 15-20, surf was 6-8 building
