Another quick run to the beach to check things out WEEDS are back NO! Oh well take the good with the bad. The fish have moved out out of about 30 casts I got one fish. My guess is the action is moving south for the time being until we get another influx of bait moving through. Id really like to find a Snook this week might have to go inside the inlet.
Conditions: NE wind light, surf was 1-2 weeds are back making it really hard to present a lure! buck tail Jigs 1oz seem to work the best ducking through the weeds.
Lures: Yozuri live bait minnow jig 1oz, top dog top water lure, 1oz bucktail jig.
Action: Casting for distance today to get out to the Bluefish reeling straight in. Strikes are ever 4-5 casts.
