Juno Beach Fishing Report 10-28-2011

Another beautiful morning even with the light rain. Wind was calm out of the north pelicans were working the beaches. The weeds have gone out with the last tide they are not totally infesting the shorelines like the past few days. First cast “BANG” second cast “POW” third cast “BOOM”.  The bluefish are so thick that when you loose one you immediately have another one on amazing! Dolphins came in to feed on the Bluefish pretty neat to watch them hunt.

I have not seen any Spanish Mackerel? Cant wait for them to show up. No Snook caught for about two weeks I bet the colder water temps have them changing up their pattern.

Bluefish Video:

Caught these 2 at the same time!

Conditions: N wind light, surf was 1-2  incoming tide weeds are allot less than they have been perfect fishing conditions!

Lures: Yozuri live bait minnow jig 1oz, top dog top water lure

Action: Casting for distance today to get out to the Bluefish reeling straight in. every cast produced a strike.
